The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane closures for State Road 161 in Warrick County.

Beginning on or around Wednesday, September 11, crews will begin alternating lane closures on State Road 161 in Warrick County near Holland. These lane closures will occur on the bridge over I-64.

Lane closures will allow for a bridge deck overlay project. Phase one of this project will close the northbound lane of traffic. Phase two will close the southbound lane of State Road 161. Work is expected to last through the end of November, depending on the weather.

Intermittent lane closures are also expected on I-64 during this project. These lane closures will occur based on work being performed to the overhead bridge structure on State Road 161.
