On Saturday, October 19th, Senior Trooper Andrew Watson responded to the Plainville area to assist the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic dispute.

Preliminary investigation revealed Erik Graber, and a female victim were arguing. The argument became physical and the female, with a juvenile, attempted to leave. When the female victim attempted to leave, Graber disabled two vehicles and would not allow the female to leave. When Trooper Watson arrived, he observed Graber inside a vehicle having a confrontation with the female and a juvenile.

Graber was arrested without incident and was transported to the Daviess County jail where he is being held on bond.

Criminal Confinement (with vehicle) – Level 5 Felony

Domestic Battery on a Minor – Level 5 Felony

Domestic Battery in Presence of Minor- Level 6 Felony

Assisting Agency – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office
