Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales has maintained his tradition of visiting all 92 counties in the state within the first three months of the year, completing his third such tour since taking office.

The Secretary’s county-wide tour, which he first accomplished in six months in 2023 before shortening it to three months in both 2024 and 2025, underscores his commitment to engaging directly with communities across Indiana.

During his visits, Secretary Morales engaged with a wide range of stakeholders, including mayors, county clerks, commissioners, council members, business leaders, and residents. His agenda focused on several key areas of his office’s responsibilities, including election administration, business services, and financial fraud prevention.

Morales used these meetings to discuss voter registration procedures and election management with local officials while also addressing securities regulation with law enforcement. He introduced the Business Services Division’s new “In My Community Program” and sought feedback on legislative proposals across multiple divisions of his office.

Another focus of his tour was encouraging the development of sister city relationships to stimulate economic growth and raise the profile of Indiana communities.

Secretary Morales described these county visits as fulfilling a promise to Indiana residents, emphasizing that direct engagement with citizens statewide is central to his mission as Secretary of State. He plans to continue his travels throughout Indiana, maintaining his proactive approach to constituent service and partnership-building at the local level.

This consistent pattern of statewide outreach demonstrates the Secretary’s dedication to ensuring his office remains accessible and responsive to the needs of all Hoosier communities.
