Mae’s Way Foundation is set to host its 2nd annual Courageous Caterpillars Camp, a special event designed to support children who have lost a loved one to suicide. The camp will take place on April 19 at Lou Dennis Community Park in Newburgh, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event provides a safe and encouraging space for children to connect with others who share similar experiences. Through age-appropriate activities, campers will learn coping strategies to help manage emotions, build resilience, and foster a sense of belonging. The program emphasizes the message that participants matter, are not alone, and are deeply loved.

Mae’s Way Foundation, the organization behind the initiative, is dedicated to supporting those affected by suicide by offering resources, outreach programs, and events like Courageous Caterpillars Camp.
