On Wednesday, newly appointed Troopers from the 86th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy officially began their solo patrol duties after completing a rigorous 14-week Field Training Officer (FTO) program. The milestone was marked by the distribution of new patrol Durangos to the Troopers. Among them is Trooper Levi Hupp, who has been assigned to the Jasper District.
