On the evening of August 3rd, 2025, Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in the 6400 block of South 700 East in the rural Fort Branch area.
Upon arriving, Deputies conducted a brief investigation, in which 57-year-old, Jeffery Burns, of Fort Branch, was taken into custody.
Burns was booked into the Gibson County Detention Center and is facing battery charges.
