The 2025 Huntingburg Herbstfest parade, held on Sunday afternoon, featured a revised route due to downtown construction and included a designated quiet zone near the end to assist hearing-impaired and noise-sensitive spectators.
Parade awards were handed out with Mayor’s Choice going to the Huntingburg Methodist Church and Color My World Preschool, Queen’s Choice to the Southridge FFA Chapter, Grand Marshal’s Choice to Tim Lampert, Best Walking Unit to Raider Soccer, Best Car Unit to the Huntingburg Cruisers, Best Float to the Southridge FFA, and Best Fire Apparatus to the Carter Fire District. The best parade float went to 101 Country WBDC.
If you missed Sundays parade 18 WJTS will re-air the parade on Thursday, October 2nd at 8PM and again on Sunday October 5th at 2PM. The parade will be uploaded to 18 WJTS YouTube channel following the initial television airing.
