Crawford County High School will celebrate the 2026–27 school year as the 50th anniversary of Wolfpack Athletics, with plans for a yearlong celebration recognizing teams, athletes, coaches, alumni, and supporters from the past five decades.
The Crawford County Athletic Department says the celebration will begin with the first home volleyball match on Saturday, August 15, 2026, and will continue throughout the school year with special recognitions held at various athletic events. Officials say teams and individuals from each decade will be honored, with a full schedule of anniversary activities expected to be released later this spring.
As part of the planning process, alumni are being asked to submit their information through a newly launched website to help create an alumni database. The database will be used to assist with recognizing former athletes and teams during the anniversary celebration and to help keep alumni informed about upcoming events.
Additional announcements tied to the 50th anniversary celebration are expected in the coming months.
