Local business owners Aaron and Ashley Cochran will opened Jasper’s first Ziggi’s Coffee on Jan. 13, bringing a new drive-thru beverage destination to the south side of town. Following the grand opening, the Cochrans will continue the celebration with a full Week of Deals from Jan. 19–25, including the chance for guests to win free Ziggi’s for a year and a community fundraiser day benefitting Jasper High School’s Parent Teacher Organization.
The Cochrans, who moved to the Jasper area five years ago, say opening a Ziggi’s is a way to deepen their roots in the community they now call home. Drawn to the area’s small-town feel, rolling hills and strong sense of connection, they view the new store as an opportunity to create a welcoming stop for neighbors, commuters and students alike.
“We fell in love with Jasper because of the people and the way the community looks out for each other,” Aaron Cochran said. “Opening a business here allows us to be more connected, serve our neighbors and create a positive place to work and gather.”
A Community-Focused Drive-Thru Led by Local Owners
The new Jasper Ziggi’s is owned and operated by Aaron and Ashley Cochran, who bring decades of experience in retail leadership and community-focused work. Aaron has spent more than 20 years in retail, while Ashley comes from a social work background before choosing to stay home with their two sons. Together, they say Ziggi’s stood out for its people-first culture and emphasis on creating positive workplaces.
They are excited to introduce Jasper to Ziggi’s menu, including specialty coffee, signature Chai drinks, Dirty Sodas, Energy Infusions, KidZone, and a growing food lineup that includes options for breakfast, lunch, or a mid-afternoon snack. The Jasper Ziggi’s is located on the south side of town near Vincennes University Jasper Campus and Memorial Hospital, offering a new drive-thru coffee option for residents, students and commuters in the area.
The Jasper Ziggi’s will operate as a drive-thru-only location and will be open Monday-Friday 5 am-7 pm, and Saturday-Sunday 6 am-7 pm.

To extend the grand opening celebration, the Cochrans will host a Week of Deals beginning Monday, Jan. 19, including a Free Ziggi’s for a Year Giveaway and local fundraiser benefiting Jasper High School.
