The Orange County Community Foundation welcomes Jamie Collins as one of their newest members.

Jamie joined the Orange County Community Foundation Board in October of 2025, driven by a great desire to continue contributing to the community she has long called home. She values being part of a community that constantly shows up wherever the need arises, and she sees board service as a meaningful way to contribute to that spirit of generosity.

Jamie is especially passionate about initiatives that support local youth. With more than 30 years of experience serving young people through coaching, teaching gymnastics, running the Teen Center, and working with church youth groups, she brings a lifelong commitment to youth development to her role on the board. The OCCF Youth Council and other programs focused on empowering Orange County’s youth are among Jamie’s favorite areas of the Foundation’s work.

Outside of her community involvement, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, particularly camping and boating at Patoka Lake. When looking at the future, she hopes to see the OCCF continue expanding opportunities that strengthen local communities, with a focus on youth, childcare, and affordable housing.
