Director of the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs Bill Konyha will be the special guest at the dedication of the Jasper Riverwalk Labyrinth set to take place next Wednesday June 8th at 1 pm.

Konyha will join local representatives for the ceremony which will take place at the labyrinth near the entrance to the Jasper Riverwalk parking lot just off of East 4th Street.

Among those in attendance will be Sister Rosemary Rexing, OSB, who will provide a demonstration on the purpose and proper use of a labyrinth.

The project was initially supported by an endowment from the former Jasper Desk Company Foundation and supplemented with funds from the Dubois County Community Foundation and a grant from the Office of Community and Rural Affairs via the Place Based Investment Fund.

The public is invited to attend. In case of inclement weather the event will be moved to a shelter house at the Dave Buehler Riverwalk Plaza.
