Phillip A. Freeman Jr., age 42 of Otwell, Indiana passed on Thursday, (June 2, 2016), at his home in Otwell, Indiana.
He was born at Peoria, Illinois on July 16, 1973 to Philip Freeman Sr. and Patricia Wright Freeman.
Phillip was self- employed as a sales representative for cleaning products.
He graduated from high School in Phoenix, Arizona.
Member of the Sons of the American Legion in Jasper and of the Baptist faith.
