Anthony Scott Sturgeon, 30, of Ferdinand, passed away, Saturday at Jasper. Anthony was born November 1, 1985 in Huntingburg to Randy Sturgeon and Gayle (Seitz) Rasche.

Anthony was known to be a very hard worker. He loved to fish, listen to music and spend time with family. He was a talented Tattoo Artist.

Anthony is survived by his parents, Randy and Mindy Sturgeon of Ferdinand and Gayle and Chris Rasche of Jasper; one brother, Shawn Sturgeon of Vincennes; a sister, Kendra Sturgeon of Mt. Vernon; four step-brothers, Jarod Farris of Oregon, Luke Hill of Evansville, Matt Hill of Lafayette and Clayton Harris of St. Louis; grandparents, Dennis and Diane Reutman of Ferdinand, Harold and Janet Sturgeon of Bristow, Jim and Mary Rasche of Jasper, Pat Ryan of Evansville; a fiancé Kelsey Lance of Ferdinand and three-stepchildren, Rylee, Breena and Bane. Anthony was preceded in death by grandparents, Vernon Seitz and Linda Fleck.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM in Nazarene Church in Huntingburg.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-7:00 PM at Nazarene Church in Huntingburg and Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of services.

Burial will follow in Bretzville Cemetery. Brother William Covey, Pastor Leroy Powell and Pastor Daryl Land will officiate services.
