The Patoka Lake Watershed Steering Committee is hosting the Patoka Lake Cleanup Day tomorrow.

Volunteers are invited to join the group as they pick up trash and restore the shoreline to its natural state of beauty and cleanliness for water quality and wildlife safety.

Sign-in begins at 8 am at Hoosier Hills Marina — just off Highway 545. All participating volunteers will be rewarded with a FREE Fish Fry and special prize drawing at Hoosier Hills Marina starting at noon.

Volunteers should wear sturdy walking shoes or boots. Gloves, trash grabbers, bags, and insect repellent will be provided; just bring your family and friends! For more information, please call Dana at Patoka Lake Nature Center at 812.685.2447.
