Larry A. Clark, age 74, of Huntingburg, passed away at 1:25 p.m., on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at his home.

clark-obituary-photo_edited-1 He was born July 6, 1942, in Vincennes, Indiana to Ulysses and Mildred (McCleland) Clark. He married Manda J. Austin on March 7, 1964, in Washington, Indiana. Larry worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for Memorial Hospital Ambulance Service. He was a member of A.B.A.T.E. and the Jasper American Legion; was a NASCAR fan; and loved riding his motorcycle. Larry was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1959-1962 during the occupation of Berlin. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Judith Clark Earl; and one brother, Bill Clark.

He is survived by his wife, Manda J. Clark of Huntingburg; one son and daughter-in-law, Anthony “Andy” (Sandra) Clark of Huntingburg; three siblings, Donna Jenne, Roger (Julie) Clark and Rita (James) Austin all of Washington; and three grandchildren, Caitlyn Tobin of Evansville, Patrick Clark of Austin, Texas and Sean Clark of Huntingburg.

Funeral services for Larry A. Clark will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg. The Jasper American Legion Memorial Detail will conduct military graveside rites. Pastor Paul Newland will officiate at the funeral service.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Saturday; and also from 12noon-2:00 p.m., Sunday, prior to the funeral. Condolences may be shared online at: www.nassandson.com
