The Jasper Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center is offering a Heart saver CPR class on Thursday, November 3, from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in the Health and Wellness Classroom at Memorial South-side Office at 1100 West 12th Avenue in Jasper. The class will cover teaching skills in regard to CPR, use of AED, and relief of choking in adults, children and infants. To receive accreditation for the skills all participants must successfully complete and evaluation of skills. The course open to the public and those who have direct access to an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or personnel who may at times serve as rescuers as part of their job.
