From the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department at 4:30 pm yesterday near Club Road, 2 miles south of St. Anthony eighteen year old Zachary D. Bulleit of Santa Claus was driving his 2006 Toyota Corolla when he ran off the east side of the road and then over corrected and slid off the west side. Bulleit’s vehicle continued and struck a telephone junction box, telephone pole and then came to rest on east side against a tree.

Bulleit was helped out of the vehicle by a first responder from the St. Anthony Fire Department who observed and reported the accident. A motorist had also stopped to help.

No injuries were reported. Bulleit’s vehicle was totaled. The Sheriff Department was assisted by St. Anthony Fire Department, Memorial EMS and Berg’s Garage.
