Micheline A. Lubbers, age 62 of St. Anthony, Indiana, passed away at 7:12 a.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center in Jasper, Indiana.

Micheline was born in Canada on December 4, 1954. Her parents were Leo and Alice (Herbig) Ambs of Jasper. She married Ronald L. Lubbers on May 26, 1994 in Colorado.

She had taught GED Adult Education Classes at Vincennes University in Jasper for 17 years, and was also a homemaker.

She was a member of Divine Mercy Parish – St. Anthony Catholic Church.

She loved her pet dogs, especially Afghan Hounds and Chihuahuas. She also enjoyed vacationing in Colorado, Longaberger baskets, anything Disney, sending greeting cards, and Christmas gatherings with family.

Surviving is her husband, Ronald L. Lubbers, St. Anthony, Two Daughters, Angela Vogler and husband Chad, Jasper, IN, Tristany Lubbers, Washington, IN, One Son, Brandon Lubbers, Bedford, IN, Three Grandchildren, Jessica Ferguson of Noblesville, and Logan and Grant Bromm of Jasper.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony, IN, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m until the 11:00 a.m. service time at church on Monday.
