Around 8 o’clock last night, the Jasper Police Department was called out to the intersection of Newton St and Fifteenth St in reference to a male and female arguing, walking south bound on Newton St. Upon officer’s arrival, the male, Zackary Robb, was verbally abusive and non compliant with JPD officers.

 

He became argumentative and belligerent with officers and when officers attempted to detain him, Robb physically resisted and officers took him to the ground. While attempting to detain him, he was drive stunned with a Taser.

 

It was determined Robb was in a verbal altercation with the female present. Robb was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement and was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
