Kathy M. Helming, 59 of Ferdinand passed away Sunday April 2nd at Baptist Health in Madisonville, Ky. She was born January 25, 1958 in Jasper to Lawrence & Helen (Becher) Durcholz. She married Thomas “Babe” Helming on June 22, 1991 in Jasper.
Kathy was a member of St. Ferdinand Parish, & St. Anthony Conservation Club. She enjoyed cooking, flowers & plants. She loved her dog Ace. Kathy was the director of dietary services at Scenic Hills Care Center and also worked at Kimball.
Surviving are her husband Thomas “Babe” Helming, one daughter, Tia Helming of Evansville, one sister, Phyllis Schue of Ireland, 3 brothers, Mark (Joann) Durcholz of French Lick, Scott & Pat (Debbie) Durcholz all of Sheridan WY. She was preceded in death by her parents.
