The 2017 WBDC Cornhole Tournament of Champions was held at the Celestine Streetfest on Saturday, June 24th.  Randy Johnson and Mike Miles of the “Old Man & Me” won the double-elimination in the Pro-Division of the WBDC Cornhole of Champions.

Out of 16 teams “Old Man & Me” captured their victory by defeating the “Crawford County Boys” comprised of Steve Smith and Doyle Smith in the championship round at Celestine Streetfest.  Randy and Mike will now move on to the WBDC Tournament of Champions at the Huntingburg, Herbstfest on Saturday, September 26th.

The WBDC Cornhole Tournament also includes an amateur division for all ages at each site.  “L&C Baggers,” Kester Sickbert and Chase Kippendour won the single-elimination in the amateur division after defeating the “Father & Son”. The next stop of the 2017 WBDC Cornhole tournament of Champions will be held Satueday, July 1th at Otwell/Jefferson Township 60th Ruritan.  Registration will start at 3pm and throwing at 4PM.  WBDC is taking pre-registrations now by calling (812) 634-9232—(812) 634-WBDC or online at WBDC.us.  The cost is $10.00 per pro team and all pro team members must be at least 18 years of age.  The Amateur Division is open to all ages and no pre-registration is needed.

Following the Festival Tournaments, WBDC will crown their 2017 WBDC Cornhole Tournament of champions with a double-elimination tournament of the 13 earns who have won during the season or are points leaders.  Some rules have changed on the point system; please check the web site for further information at WBDC.us.
