A Huntingburg woman was placed under arrest after her involvement in a domestic incident that took place in Huntingburg early this morning.

Just after 5:30 this morning officers with the Huntingburg Police Department were called to an apartment located along the 1100 block of Redroof Drive for a domestic dispute between a man and his girlfriend.

When Huntingburg officers arrived on the scene they learned through their investigation that 39-year old Bambi Wyatt of Huntingburg struck and scratched a male victim causing injury to his face, and back.

Wyatt was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor count of Domestic Battery. She was taken to and booked into the Dubois County Security Center in Jasper.
