The Lincoln Boyhood Drama Association is once again producing the family friendly and holiday favorite Scrooge’s Christmas in December.
The performances will be held at the Heritage Hills High School auditorium Saturday, December 9th at 1, 3 and 6 pm;
Saturday, December 16th at 1, 3 and 6 pm;
And Sunday, December 17th at 2 pm.
All times are central time and each performance will last one hour.
Lincoln Boyhood Drama Association Board President Bud Schaaf says Scrooge’s Christmas brings with it such a timely and important message and says at the length of an hour, is an ideal timeframe for youngsters of all ages. He says its their hope that people from all over are able to come and enjoy this remarkable tale.
Adult tickets are $10 and children 13 and under are $5. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at www.itickets.com/promoters.
For a limited time, adult general admission tickets can be purchased for $8 online only by using the code SCROOGE when checking out. This code will expire on November 30.
Written by Ken Jones and adapted from the Charles Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol, the one-hour retelling of Ebenezer Scrooge’s Christmas Eve epiphany after a night of nightmarish encounters with the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future is directed by Shane Denu and features a cast of local actors and actresses portraying multiple roles.
