Jasper Arts Center puts some swing into the Christmas season with a performance by the UK’s No. 1 Jive & Swing Band
The performance, presented by Jasper Community Arts, will be held at the Jasper Arts Center on Saturday,December 2, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.
Legendary British swing band, The Jive Aces, bring their seasonal show to town for a performance that combines the warmth you’d expect from a holiday program, with the incredible excitement that the group generates.
The Jive Aces are renowned worldwide for their high-energy music and spectacular stage show. They are perhaps best known as the first live band to reach the final rounds of “Britain’s Got Talent” and for their award-winning viral video,“Bring Me Sunshine”, which has 3 million views online.
The show features the band’s inimitable take on Christmas classics such as “White Christmas”, “Winter Wonderland”, “Jingle Bells” and “Let it Snow”; swing favourites by such greats as Louis Prima and Nat King Cole including “In The Mood”,“L.O.V.E.” and“Sing, Sing, Sing”
