A Ferdinand man is behind bars after he was arrested for child molestation earlier this week.
On Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. Ferdinand police, in coordination with a complaint made to the Division of Family and Child Services, arrested 50 year old Rudy Wayne Riley of Ferdinand on charges Child Molestation, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Child Seduction, and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor.
The incident continues to remain under investigation with no further information released at this time.
