A Gibson County man is facing multiple charges after he started the New Year by shooting another man in the feet.

Police placed 18-year-old Riley Hill, of Patoka, Indiana under arrest after they responded to a call of shots fired in the 600 Block of N. Gibson St. in Princeton.

When arriving they found a man, not identified, had suffered a gunshot to his legs and feet.

Hill was taken into custody as the prime suspect in the shooting and booked into the Gibson County Jail without bond.

He is facing charges of aggravated battery, battery with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
