A Huntingburg man who was wanted for failing to return to lawful detention was placed under arrest with an additional drug related charge after he was discovered Sunday evening in the parking lot of a Ferdinand restaurant.

Around 10:30 last night, an officer with the Ferdinand Police Department noticed 22-year old Elisha Seger of Huntingburg in a parked van in front of a Subway restaurant.

Police say Seger had an outstanding warrant for Failure to return to Lawful Detention.

While taking Seger into custody, police also found him in possession of Marijuana.

Assisting deputies with the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department took Seger to the Dubois County Security Center in Jasper where he was booked for Failure to return to Lawful Detention and Possession of Marijuana.
