While officers were patrolling the area, they observed a male subject, which was later identified as 33-year-old Brandon Bullock of Jasper known to have a warrant driving, a vehicle traveling northbound on Kellerville Road, just past Cathy Lane.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at 300 North Kellerville Road. During the traffic stop, officers observed a female passenger, 53-year-old Mary Roettger of Jasper, making furtive movements in an attempt to conceal paraphernalia.

It was later discovered at the Dubois County Security Center, the female had concealed methamphetamine within her body. Both subjects were taken into custody and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center. Jasper Police Department was assisted by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department.

Brandon Bullock was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, and also two outstanding warrants referring to Driving While Suspended, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

Mary Roettger was charged with possession of paraphernalia, possession of Methamphetamine, and Obstruction of Justice.
