May The Fourth Be With You as Lincoln State Park hosts the 10th Annual Mr. Lincoln’s Neighborhood 5K Run/Walk this coming Saturday, May 4th.
Come out in your favorite Star Wars themed costume as there will be a Best Star Wars Costume Contest. There will be both male and female finishers in both adult and kid categories. There will also be various random door prizes, including tickets to see to a St Louis Cardinals game.
The 5K will start at the Lake Lincoln Beach Parking Lot which will consist of paved roads and Hiking trails. The cost is $30 for the Run/Walk and $7 for the gate fee. All participants will receive a shirt while supplies last. Head over to the park or visit www.LSPFriends.com for a race entry form.
