Members of the public had their voice heard last night at the Dubois Strong community meeting.

The organization held the meeting to gather input from citizens about the county’s Quality of Place and Workforce Attraction plan.

The President of Dubois Strong, Ed Cole, says when looking at the workforce industry, the county continues to struggle.

Dubois Strong is working closely with Regional Opportunities Initiatives, or ROI in putting together the best plan possible for the community.

When putting together this plan, Cole says they’re looking at several different aspects.

Cole also gives us an example of how this plan will impact citizens of the community.

ROI officials the plan is expected to get wrapped up next week.

If you have any questions or want more information, go to duboisstrong.com. Once the plan is complete, it will be posted at regionalopportunityinc.org.
