A Huntingburg woman is under arrest after banging on an apartment door while intoxicated this morning.
Huntingburg Police responded to a reported disturbance in front of some apartments around midnight.
After arriving on the scene, officers found 27-year-old Tiffany N. Julian who showed signs of impairment.
Authorities say Julian’s blood alcohol content tested .23%.
Police also say that Julian was caring for a juvenile at the time of the incident.
Julian was taken to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper for medical clearance, then booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
Preliminary charges include a level 6 felony count of neglect of a dependent and a misdemeanor count of public intoxication.
