Law enforcement officers in Dubois County served drug dealing arrest warrants today for drug dealing offenses that originated as early as August 2018. Beginning in August 2018, Dubois County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detective John Anderson began conducting undercover drug buys for the latest drug dealing warrant service.
In Spring 2018, Detective Anderson was joined in his efforts by a Narcotics Detective with the Jasper Police Department and Huntingburg Police Department Narcotics Detective Rusty Drew. In total, fifteen individuals are facing drug dealing charges in conjunction with this warrant service. As in the past, the three narcotics detectives used confidential informants to facilitate undercover drug buys of methamphetamine, LSD, marijuana, heroin, and other opiate-derivative drugs. The primary drug purchased was methamphetamine. The drug purchases are led by supply and demand; meaning that the deciding factor in what drugs are purchased is what’s available in the area at the time of the purchase.
As a result of the covert investigations, felony arrest warrants for drug dealing charges were obtained by the Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office. The warrant service continues to be ongoing at this time, and additional an arrest is expected in the coming days. The individuals served with arrest warrants thus far are as follows:

Robert S. Sowders, 42, Huntingburg, three counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine, two Level 2 felonies and one Level 3 felony
Christy E. Miller, 42, Huntingburg, Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony
Jessica J. Fulkerson, 25, Huntingburg, Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony
Lindsay D. Austin, 23, Jasper, Dealing in a Narcotic Drug (morphine), a Level 2 felony
Frederick S. Moon, Jr. 26, Jasper, Dealing in a Narcotic Drug (morphine), a Level 2 felony
Brandon S. Bullock, 34, Jasper, Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony
Michael E. Norris, 36, Jasper, Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony, and Dealing in Marijuana, a Level 6 felony
