A Washington man is behind bars and is facing several drug charges.
Police took 41-year-old Marty Fowler into custody this week.
Fowler is being held in the Daviess County jail with no bond and charged with:
- Disorderly Conduct
- Criminal Trespass
- Resisting Law Enforcement
- Criminal Mischief
- Possession of Methamphetamine With the Intent to Distribute
- Dealing Meth
