Guadalupe Sermersheim, age 69 of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019 at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper, Indiana.
Guadalupe was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on December 13, 1949 to Ysidoro and Marta (Silva) Galindo.  She married Patrick B. Sermersheim on April 20, 1968 in Brewton, Alabama.
She was a homemaker and worked various part time jobs around Jasper.
 
She was member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper.
 
She enjoyed reading, shopping, and spending time with family.
 
Surviving are her husband, Patrick Sermersheim of Jasper, two daughters, Benita Beckman (Daniel), Jasper, Tracey Sermersheim (Bill Martin), Jasper, five grandchildren, Miranda Combs, Carmilla Bradley, Nicholas Combs, Taras Beckman, and Brandon Bradley, two great grandchildren, Luca James Bradley and Mason Knies, one brother, Leo Galindo (Yolanda), Corpus Christi, TX.
 
Preceding her in death were her parents, three sisters, Rosa Gavara, Sylvia Galindo, and Grace Maldonado, and one brother, Fr. Mario Galindo.
 
A Mass of Christian Burial  for Guadalupe Sermersheim will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, with burial to follow at a later date.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at the church on Wednesday.
