A two-vehicle accident ended in one car in the middle of a field and one sent to the ER.

Yesterday at around 5:00 am in the morning, 30-year-old Elliot Dilger of Jasper was stopped on 6th Street in Jasper in his 2010 Honda when he started to turn left onto 350 West.

78-year-old Ardella Keusch of Jasper was traveling on 6th Street in her 2009 Lincoln when she failed to see Dilger turning. Keusch rear-ended Dilger. Dilger’s Honda was pushed into a nearby field.

Both Dilger’s Honda and Keuch’s Lincoln were totaled. Dilger complained of neck and knee pain but denied assistance from Memorial Hospital EMS. Keuch received an arm laceration in the accident and complained of back and chest pain. She was transported to Memorial Hospital by Memorial Hospital EMS.
