Jasper Police suspected potential narcotic use, and upon investigation made two arrests. The arrests came just before midnight Wednesday, October 24th in the area of 2200 Mill Street.
Jasper Police officers determined that 30-year-old Shane Brown and 38-year-old Lapaaris Brown of Jasper were in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Both subjects were arrested and lodged at the Dubois County Security Center.
