The Huntingburg Fire Department (HVFD) is gearing up to throw open its doors for a day of community engagement and fun at their upcoming Open House. Set to take place on May 18th from 11:00am to 3:00pm, the event will be held at the Teen Outback in Huntingburg.

The Open House promises activities suitable for all ages, ensuring a delightful experience for attendees. From informative sessions to entertaining games, there’s something for everyone. Kids can enjoy engaging games, while adults can participate in valuable sessions on smoke alarm information, fire extinguisher training, and Stop the Bleed training.

Adding to the excitement, the HVFD Auxiliary will be offering scrumptious Chicken Dinners for just $15 per plate. Each meal includes 1/2 grilled chicken accompanied by delicious sides such as baked beans, slaw, and bread. In addition to savory delights, attendees can also indulge in baked goods and refreshing drinks.
