On Friday evening, June 28th, Trooper Teresa Bowling was working on State Road 66 in Tell City. Trooper Bowling observed a vehicle without working headlights or taillights. The vehicle also had expired license plates. Trooper Bowling stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver, Roy Turner. Turner showed visible signs of impairment. Turner was transported to Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City for a chemical test. Turner was then arrested and transported to the Perry County Jail where he is being held on bond.

Possession of Marijuana – Class B Misdemeanor
