In a post recently made on The It Takes a Village No-Kill Shelter Facebook page, they announced their red rescue van’s transmission had failed after years of service and over 150,000 miles of transporting human and furry passengers to destinations; including vet visits, adoption events, and the occasional food run.

With the rescue van being heavily depended on to transport more animals in need the organization urgently requires a new one and is asking for donations to purchase a cargo van.
