The City of Huntingburg Street Department will undertake surface coating projects on three city streets starting Monday, September 9th. Weather permitting, the work will continue through Tuesday, September 10th, with Wednesday, September 11th reserved if necessary.

The affected streets will be closed to all traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. Residents are advised to remove vehicles from garages by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled days and keep them out until the street reopens. Alternative parking is available on connecting side streets.

Monday’s Schedule (1st Coat):

  • N. Chestnut Street (19th to Phoenix)
  • Cour De Lane (12th to 8th Street)
  • 9th Street (Cour De Lane to Jackson)

Tuesday’s Schedule (2nd Coat):

  • N. Chestnut Street (19th to Phoenix)
  • Cour De Lane (12th to 8th Street)
  • 9th Street (Cour De Lane to Jackson)
