Kimball International has announced plans to consolidate production at its 16th Street facility in Jasper, Indiana, into its Santa Claus, Indiana location. This move, aimed at driving continuous improvement, will transition employees from the 16th Street site to other Kimball International facilities in Jasper and Santa Claus.

The company emphasized that this shift will not result in layoffs. Instead, it presents opportunities for employees to develop new skills and leverage available resources at the Santa Claus location.
