Saint Meinrad Archabbey has scheduled a series of pilgrimages to honor the Blessed Mother at the Monte Cassino Shrine throughout October. Each Sunday, the pilgrimages will start at 2 p.m. Central Time and include an opening hymn, a short sermon, and a rosary procession, concluding with the Litany of the Blessed Virgin and a hymn.

The schedule for the pilgrimages is as follows:

  • October 6 – Br. Jude Angel Romero Olivas, OSB, will speak on “Mark 10: 2-16.”
  • October 13 – Fr. Joseph Cox, OSB, will discuss “The Blessed Virgin Mary – Our Queen.”
  • October 20 – Archabbot Kurt Stasiak, OSB, will present “Mary the Teacher: Lessons from a Mother.”
  • October 27 – Br. Jean Fish, OSB, will offer insights on “Mary the Comforter: in anticipation of All Souls’ Day.”
