The Jasper Street Department will close Franklin Street at the E. 15th Street intersection for storm sewer repair on Wednesday, September 18th at 8:00 am. The intersection should reopen at 4:00 pm on Wednesday. Motorists should use 14th Street as a detour.
This closure will take place barring inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.
