Team Peace is offering an Adult Program for Personal and Professional Growth that focuses on addressing stress and improving relationships through Applied Educational Neuroscience. This free program is designed for teachers, parents, caregivers, and youth workers looking to better understand how the brain and nervous system impact behavior and emotional regulation in both youth and adults.

Participants will gain valuable knowledge on how the brain and nervous system affect the way we relate to others and ourselves. The workshop will also provide practical self-care techniques to improve personal well-being and resilience while equipping attendees with skills to foster more supportive relationships and learning environments.

Three sessions are available to choose from:

  • Sunday, October 27, 3 PM – 5 PM
  • Sunday, November 10, 3 PM – 5 PM
  • Saturday, November 16, 10 AM – 12 PM

All sessions will take place at Team Peace’s location: 495 W. Thornton St., Paoli, Indiana. Registration is free and is accessible through the QR code on the flyer.
