The Daviess County Highway Department has issued a load limit due to recent cold temperatures.
This load limit is set at 10 tons and will become effective Monday, February 3rd, 2025 until further notice.
Permits to fill out for loads heavier than the limit can be obtained by visiting daviess.org or picked up at the highway department, located at 5247 East 100 North in Montgomery.
