
Jasper Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Weinzapfel to its Board of Directors. Matt will attend his first board meeting on July 22, 2025.
Matt currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Jasper Engines & Transmissions, the nation’s largest mass remanufacturer of a diverse line of drive train components. Based in Jasper, Indiana, the company has grown under Matt’s leadership and deep commitment to continuous improvement, team development, and employee ownership. His career with Jasper Engines spans more than 30 years, beginning as an intern and evolving through a wide range of operational and executive roles.

His experience will be invaluable as we continue growing Jasper Group with a long-term view.”
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Evansville and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jasper Holdings, Inc. and the Executive Board of Advisors for Nix Companies. He is also active in several community and regional initiatives, including the Board of Regional Opportunity Initiatives, the Vincennes University Jasper Community Advisory Committee, and is Chairman of HUB 19.
