Tell City Police are continue to investigate a night time burglary that took place on Main Street in Tell City late last week in which a woman was threatened at knifepoint. They say she was able to escape while the man searched for cash.

Tell City Police describe the male suspect as around 5-foot, 8-inches tall.  They say he was  wearing a thick blue winter jacket.  He allegedly entered a building on Main Street early Thursday, pushing open a back door and discovered the woman sleeping in her bed.

So far no reports of any arrest that have been made.
