Roger Lee Corn, age 61, passed away at 4:00 a.m., Sunday, February 28, 2016, at The Waters of Huntingburg nursing center in Huntingburg from complications of a long struggle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
He was born May 5, 1954, in Oakland City, Indiana to the late Ronald and Clarice (Tuley) Corn. He married Martha Lovella Mann on December 24, 1985. Roger was a finish carpenter until he retired due to failing health. His Christian faith greatly comforted him. He loved to play guitar and piano, to sing, read and draw. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Martha Corn, who died January 27, 2002; and an infant daughter, Amanda Corn.
He is survived by:

Chris (Crystal) Corn of Winslow, Ind.;
One daughter,
Alicia (Ryan) Cox of Jasper, Ind.;
Two sisters,
Shannon McKinney of Winslow, Ind.,
Sheila DeJarnett of Winslow, Ind.;
One brother,
Terrill Corn of Lynnville, Ind.;
by (3) grandchildren, (1) great grandchild, a paternal aunt, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Graveside services for Roger Corn will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Friday, March 4, 2016, at Augusta Cemetery in Augusta, Indiana. Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the burial arrangements. There will be no public visitation at the funeral home.
