Douglas R. Klem, age 60, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday (October 15, 2016) in Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

douglas-r-klemDoug was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on March 8, 1956 to Victor and Ruth (Bieker) Klem.

Doug previously worked at Kimball Hospitality for approximately 35 years.

He enjoyed western movies, cooking, camping, and was an avid fan of I.U. basketball.

Preceding him in death besides his parents are two infant sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Laura Rose Klem, and a brother-in-law, George Eichmiller.

Funeral services Douglas R. Klem will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday (October 21, 2016) at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg, Indiana, with burial to follow at a later date.

Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday (October 20, 2016) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
