Kevin G. Friedman, age 59, of Ferdinand, Indiana, passed away at 11:17 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

Kevin was born in Jasper, Indiana, on August 15, 1957 to Alvin and Rosina (Obermeyer) Friedman.

He was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in Illinois.

Kevin was a United States Air Force Veteran, serving during Operation Desert Storm.

He worked at Holiday World.

He loved to fish.

Surviving are one son, Chris Friedman, Huntingburg, IN, one daughter, Misty Moore, Shreveport, LA , his mother, Rosina Friedman, Huntingburg, IN, three grandchildren, one sister, Penny Wood, Huntingburg, IN, two brothers, Kenny Friedman, and his wife, Pansy, Lincoln City, IN, and Jerry Friedman, and his wife Sandra, Sanford, FL.

Preceding him in death are his father, Alvin Friedman, and one sister Karen Ann Friedman.

Military funeral rites for Kevin G. Friedman will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. The American Legion Post #147 will conduct the military rites.

A memorial visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral rites at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel on Saturday.
